- Is the base price the total price?
- Yes for the base plan, which includes a 5-mile radius. VAT at 20% will be added once we reach the VAT registration threshold. You can extend your radius at £1 per extra mile.
- How does renewal work?
- Your plan renews every 12 months via Stripe. We'll email you 14 days and 7 days before renewal to give you the opportunity to cancel.
- Can I edit my profile later?
- Absolutely, update your logo, banner, services, images, bio, and contact options anytime.
- What kind of businesses qualify?
- Any business supplying services or products to gardeners and/or garden owners (e.g., trade nurseries, garden centres, arborists, pond specialists, landscapers, colleges & training providers).
- Can I change my radius mid-term?
- Yes, you can add (or reduce) miles at any time; add-on charges apply at £1 per extra mile.
- How are enquiries handled?
- Visitors use your listed contact options (website, phone, email, WhatsApp, social) to contact you directly.
- Do you run sponsor events?
- Yes. We'll invite relevant sponsors to share expertise with our members via selected events.
